I totally manifested this, and the amount of synchronicities and miracles that have taken place during the last few weeks have been undeniable. One thing I'll share with you is.... everything has felt effortless and in flow once I listened to the guidance I was getting, took inspired action and I removed myself from the equation.... as manifesting goes once you align with who you are and step into your purpose!! And it feels amazing!!!

Hey Beautiful!
I feel like the earth has shaken.... And in many ways it has. So much is going on around the world.... Things that are not easy to anticipate, digest or even understand. Earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, storms, floods, political disagreement.... Broken hearts, broken homes, lives washed away....
As I stayed in touch with friends who were in Florida before and during Hurricane Irma, each and every one of them blew my mind away with their bravery and their commitment to trusting and releasing control over the situation. These days have been a beautiful chance for me to witness yet again how there is something greater than us.... and how we are way stronger than we think. I saw my friends following their intuition and handling things with such ease and grace. I felt their LOVE and saw their light through their messages.
The truth is that we are being
called to step up, to let go,
to forgive and to evolve.
These days made me reflect on something I woke up to several years ago: how we live our life focusing so much energy on getting more and more things, when it can be all washed away in a second. It was a beautiful confirmation of the importance of focusing on the inside, for it is who we really are, and what builds our strength, and not the other way around.
I believe we are not our circumstances
but who we are during our circumstances.
We truly are one, and we are all connected.... and what happens to you affects me, and the other way around.
The pain is real. But so is LOVE and joy,
and beauty.... never forget.
And it is all an opportunity. And you get to choose. You either choose to go down or you can choose to go up. So tell me sweetheart.... what is it going to be?
I choose to go up. I have to. It is not easy, I know.... But nevertheless it is a choice I consciously make, and I am tremendously grateful to have a choice. And I know that through my choice, I lift others with me. But more than anything, by raising my own vibration, I can shine brighter and send my light to others. I can ignite hope in others too. It is pretty magical.... And so can you.
You see, amazing and difficult things can and do coexist in our life, and still.... you get to choose how you are. How amazing is that?
Today, I want to share with you five tips for times like this.... when you feel like the world is coming to an end:
1. You don't have to do it alone
When I remember this truth, I can immediately feel my body relax. We all have a divine team that is eager to help, protect and guide us. The instant you call on them, they begin to do their magic. I am very good at asking for their help on a daily basis, when things are flowing, and yet to my surprise, I have found myself forgetting about them in critical moments because I was leaning into fear. I am working in the present on being more aware and present in the tricky moments as well so I remember to call on them asap! Because one thing I know is that when I lead with my divine team by my side I experience more flow and witness many many miracles during my day. And I never ever feel alone. Pretty amazing, right? Try it and let me know what happens!
2. Take the gift you are being handed
Whenever I am going through a challenging situation I ask myself what opportunity is laying underneath? There is always a gift available to you, beautiful. Always. Take time to reflect on your life. Is who you are becoming and the way you are living in alignment with who you really are and how you want to live your life? These are tough questions, I know.... but you see, , life is now. It is not tomorrow or when this or that happens. It is right now. And unless you don't take the time to ask yourself and honestly answer these questions, you might be building the life you don't want. I've done that before and trust me.... It doesn't work. So pull out your journal and begin to answer them. You will find so much clarity and relief when you do this exercise!
3. 'If you're feeling helpless, help someone'
This quote from Aung San Suu Kyi immediately gets ourselves out of our own way. It is the fastest way to feel better. The moment you focus your attention on helping others, you will instantly feel better. You can do this through your support, your money and your time. After the climate events resources are desperately needed. People need our help. I have gathered a few reliable links you can use!

5. My secret tool
For four years now, I have been using essential oils. Their effect in myself and my family's health and in our emotions are mind blowing. That is why I want to begin to share more with you about this powerful tool I use every single day, by sharing the oil I am most using at the moment. This week I have been using Peace, a blend that counteracts fearful and anxious emotions and promotes feelings of peace. Needless to say, I am using Peace every day! 3 WAYS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR INTUITION

Hey Beautiful!
Imagine.... How would it feel to have a magical tool that told you exactly what was best for you in any given situation? Wouldn't it be amazing? Well... let me tell you a secret.... you already have it.... and it lives inside of you!
Many very successful people you admire in all arenas, use their intuition to make decisions. Actually, my whole life and business are built on intuition! I hire people based on intuition. For example, I instantly hired a web designer when I came across a comment about her work, and I had a hunch that she was the one! No research needed. Just my intuition as well as my ability to listen. And our relationship has been beautiful! I also decide when to work with a potential client, or when to refer them to someone else out of intuition. And I began this newsletter out of intuition.
The same with everything related to my children, my home and my marriage! I either get a hunch, or I tune in and connect with that knowing. And answers and directions come to my mind in the form of ideas, or to my body in the form of sensations. Like for example, the feeling of openness and excitement I get in my throat when it is a YES, or my energy draining when I think about something and it is a NO. Everyone gets different feelings. Explore how your intuition is talking to you through feelings in your own body!
Living this way saves a lot of time, energy and resources. Because you stop looking for outer validation or other's opinions based on their own experiences which won't necessarily apply to you. In stead, you connect with your internal guidance system that knows exactly what is best for you.
Wether you know it or, not, wether you use it or not, you were built with intuition. We all are. The question is how strong is you intuition. And if you want to live a magical life.... intuition is a huge part of it.
You may be wondering.... But Ines.... How do I do that? Well , that is exactly why you are here! And believe me.... your intuition has probably had a lot with you coming across my work, and even with you deciding to open this email today.
First of all.... Let me share with you what I call intuition. To me, intuition is that pull from your body.... that direction from your mind or from your body to enter that place, to talk to that person. Your intuition is that knowing inside of you that, when you allow it, tells you what to do or what to avoid; if someone is good for you, and if you should get away from them; what direction you should take with a specific relationship or in your business.
Your intuition is what tells you that there is something else to your child's tantrums or tummy ache, and makes you bring him to the doctor even though he had no symptoms like fever. Because, deep inside of you, your intuition was telling you that something was wrong. Your intuition is the most sophisticated GPS that will take you to your dreams, or to the grocery store, faster than anything in the world through shortcuts you couldn´t even imagine.
1. Trust that you have an intuition
First and foremost, you must be open to the possibility that intuition is indeed part of you. When you doubt, you automatically shut the door to be able to listen to your intuition. So even if you haven't had much experience with using your intuition, make the decision just now to just believe it is possible! Here is an affirmation you can say every day that will reprogram your limiting belief around intuition:
2. Go within.... on your meditation pillow
Meditation is the most powerful tool I use to strengthen my intuition. Because when you meditate you connect with who you are. And as you meditate daily, and align yourself with LOVE daily, you become more and more clear on what you want. When you get rid of the chaos that lives inside of you as a consequence of being uncertain of what you want, a sense of calmness takes over you, and as a result, it is easier to listen to your intuition.
3. Connect with Nature
For the last 7 years I have lived immersed in Nature where deers would lay outside our house, and bears would roam the area during certain periods of the year. I felt the healing power that Nature provides run through my veins. And now that I just moved to a small city by the mountains, I try to go on a hike every day. Snow or rain. I know that by doing this I am not only supporting my physical and mental health, but, you guessed it, I am also strengthening my intuition.
Spending time in Nature is one of the single most important things I do to have a stronger intuition. Something about being in Mother Nature and letting its beauty infuse every cell in my body, rekindle the natural rhythms in my body, and calm my nervous system, allows my intuition to speak louder and clearer. I have noticed that whenever I skip a few days from being in Nature, the volume of my intuition gets quieter.
The best option by far is to dive yourself into Nature, like in a walk in the forest, a swim in the sea, a walk in the countryside, or a hike in the mountains. But even if you live in a big city, there is no excuse. You can take a walk in the park! Be creative! Maybe you can have lunch at park near your home or your office, instead of going to a cafeteria. You can also plan a picnic outside the city during the weekend! Not only your intuition will speak louder.... but also your mood will brighten, your creativity will get a wave of intuition, and you will feel more energy!
So there you have it! Three ways I strengthen my intuition! I promise you that if you practice all or some of the above often, you will begin to get clear direction and hunches that will blow your mind, and make your life way easier! You are not alone, beautiful. There are so many ways you are being supported sweetheart!

5 WAYS TO TURN AROUND, BOOST AND MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH

Hey beautiful!
If there is one thing that I need in my life that is my health. Without health, I cannot do the same things, enjoy my family in the same way, think, enjoy life, serve the way I feel called to serve.... I cannot even BE myself without health!
I learned this lesson the hard way when from one day to another, I lost it. Of course, things had been cooking under the surface for a while.... but I was so out of touch with my body, and I had given for granted being healthy for so long, my whole life really, that I wasn't even able to read the clear messages of my whole being screaming for help. Until it simply stopped functioning. Now can I see clearly how I used all of my energy nonstop day after day during the three months that my husband was gone to make his film that summer.... until I was left depleted on every level and sick.
Luckily, I was able to recover by giving my body what it needed: rest as well as the best nourishment. Not only to my body, but also to my mind and to my soul. I also embraced natural medicine and self care turning into the self care queen I am today. Now I make my health my number one priority every single day, because I know everything else depends on it. Everything.
Let me tell you a little secret I now know in every cell of my body: Our body is the most sophisticated machine there is in the world. It is designed to heal itself again and again.... as long as we give it what it needs.
If I had to pick one single principle to share with you, beautiful , it would be this: The more I incorporate better things and habits and take out the less good ones, it becomes more and more undeniable to me that what I put in my body and in my mind consistently has the biggest impact on my health.

Now, let me share with you how I create health for my body, for my mind and for my soul:
1. It all begins inside....
It all begins with how you are treating your self.... And.... it all begins with your thoughts. Did you know we have more than sixty thousand thoughts a day? And most of them are repetitive, and too many of them are negative. Thoughts like: 'Who am I to...?', 'I am not enough...', 'I am too fat', 'My legs are too short', 'My hair is too curly', and the list goes on and on....
What we tell to ourselves has an impact on a cellular level. The day I made the conscious decision to stop bullying myself, something inside of me shifted. I started to have more energy, and I began to feel happier.
The first step is to start to become aware of your thoughts. Begin to notice what you are telling to yourself, and notice how they make you feel. Feel the difference. Then, begin to choose better thoughts.
I used to think that thoughts just happened and that I didn't have any control over them. Basically I thought I was my thoughts. But you see, we are the ones creating every single thought in our mind. Often times by default. Usually they are messages we learned when we were little, and we keep repeating them to ourselves, in a never ending cycle. But I am here to tell you that you can stop this cycle. Through a consistent practice of becoming aware of what you are thinking, reflecting on how it is making you feel, and choosing thoughts that make you feel better, you will begin to have more and more loving thoughts a day, and less and less of the mean ones.

2. Without this one, the others fall apart....
I don't know about you, but If I sleep one minute less than 8 hours at night, the rest of day I lack energy, and my mood is less than flattering. I have a hard time focusing and ideas will not abound. My level of joy decreases uncontrollably. Everyone is different and some people need more or less sleep. But I disagree with those theories that claim that five or six hours are enough. That is simply not true nor sustainable on the long term.
During the night, our body recharges, our mind re-calibrates. I even find that when I don't allow this natural vital process to happen, my soul is at unease. The term beauty sleep is no coincidence. Everyone I know looks healthier, happier and even prettier after a good night sleep. That is because the outside is a reflection of the inside.... always.
Here are my top tips to sleep better:
* Avoid exciting your body or your mind before you go to bed. This means at least one hour before you go to bed, avoid food and caffeine. Dim the lights, turn off your phone and computer, and screens of any kind and take them out of your bedroom All of them. Turn off the wi-fi, avoid conversations that will leave you thinking or worried, refrain from watching the news, films or books with violence. You get the idea.... You want to create a quiet and calm environment so that your body and your mind can calm down and get ready for the deep sleep they need.
* The darker the room, the better. The body produces more growth factor hormone, which means anti-aging for you and growth for children, when it senses total darkness. I use an eye mask, made out of silk to prevent wrinkles ;), and I make sure there is yes light, as tiny as it might seem, in the room. Even when your eyes are covered, if there is light in the room, the skin will sense it, and the body won't switch on the sleep button on completely. Hotels are filled with those little lights and I bring a small black tape to cover them all.
* My bedroom is very minimal in furniture and in colors on purpose. I want my body and my mind to realize that this space is for rest and intimacy. And if there is too much going on it will get distracted even at a subtle level.
* I have a himalayan pink salt lamp by my bed. It reduces the amount of unhealthy positive ions in the air, and it improves mental clarity, air quality and sleep cycles. It even lowers high blood pressure and it gives a beautiful soothing glow to the room. I turn it on while I am getting ready to go to bed, and then turn it off before go to sleep.
* Essential oils are huge for me. I see a big difference when I use them at night. I love diffusing lavender oil every night to help me relax and sleep deeper. I also use on-guard to boost my immune system, as well as other oils depending on my needs each night. If you are interested in essential oils, feel free to ask me and I will guide you on this.

3. Fuel your temple....
My body is my temple. And as such, I aim to give it the best. These are basically the principles I follow:
* Eat organic fresh real food: Meaning food that doesn't contain chemicals and food that doesn't come from a box. Just by doing this you are going to be way more nourished, and your body and your mind are not going to have to struggle trying to get rid of all the toxins and preservatives that processed food contains.
* Eat the rainbow! The more colorful your plate, the more vitamins and minerals you are ingesting. Increase the amount of green veggies you have.
* Follow the 20/80 principle, where 80% of your plate is vegetables and 20% is protein.
* Avoid dairy, soy, wheat, sugar and soft drinks. Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes, and lower the amount of coffee you drink.
* Meat should be grass fed, and poultry and eggs should be organic and free range.
* Use a good water filter and drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day. So many chemicals and metals are thrown into your tap water that this is absolutely necessary these days. These chemicals not only mess with your hormones and translate into illness on the long term, but they also kill the good bacteria that lives in your gut. You will be amazed by how much more energy you have, and how quickly your skin transforms just by doing this!
* Drink one green juice a day to detoxify your body, inject it with vitamins and minerals, and to get a wonderful boost of clean energy. I love that it is a very simple and effective way to boost my health and my level of energy every day!
* Increase your good fat intake: The brain feeds off of good fat. Good fat is key for good health. I was lucky to grow up in Spain, where we load our dishes with olive oil. You see, good fat not only helps you loose weight, but it protects you from heart disease, it improves your mood and it strengthens your bones. I see good fat as the oil any machine needs to function well. Add more extra virgin olive oil, chia seeds, wild fish, good quality butter, ghee, avocado and coconut oil to your day.
* Add a spoon of fermented veggies to each meal for probiotics and enzymes that will aid digestion and clean your digestive system. This is a big one!

4. Meditate....
Another one I can't stress enough is meditation. When you meditate your mind learns to be here and now. As simple as this sounds, this is the key to happiness, which in on itself creates health. But the benefits continue. Meditation helps the biochemistry in your body to reset and it boosts the production vital chemicals in your brain, and it balances your hormones. It also brings a sense of calmness to your day, and amazing focus and clarity to your mind. I know I am boosting my physical and my mental health every time I sit to meditate, even if it is for a minute. I try to meditate twice a day for 20 minutes, and the day I don't the difference is huge. Look for some meditations from Deepak Chopra or Gabrielle Bernstein online and see how you feel after a few days of daily meditation.

5. Connect with nature....
Nature heals and recharges. By spending time in nature you allow your natural rhythms to recalibrate, and your mind to unwind. I believe the reason we all feel amazing when we are in nature is that our soul feels at home. I try do do something in nature every single day since I live by the mountains. But if you live in a big city, I urge you to go to a park for a walk, plan a picnic on the weekend and go to a place in nature on your next vacation. You will notice right away a shift deep inside of you.

So here it is! All the things I do to boost and maintain my health. Needless to say, I don't expect you to apply everything at once. It took me years to get to where I am today. The secret is to take a step at a time. And I know you absolutely can.

Hey beautiful!
You are here! Yay!!! First of all, thank you for starting this journey with me. It is such an honor to have you here, and I am over the moon!
I don't believe in coincidences. If you are here it is more than likely that you are wanting more in your life (more energy, more health, more beauty, a spiritual connection of your own understanding or deepen the one you already have, more love, more abundance, more joy….) and this newsletter will support you in your journey.

You see , a few years ago I was in a place where everything seemed picture perfect and then one day a family crisis which then led to a health crisis hit me like a nuclear bomb…. and I fell flat on my face. I was left sick, without energy, depressed and feeling totally sad and lonely.
After much soul searching I realized that, up until then, I had been relying on my physical and mental strength, and that that wasn't enough…. at least if I was going to be the woman that I wanted to be. I realized how I had taken for granted so much in my life: Health for me was a given. Endless energy, a loving supporting marriage and family was what I had always counted on. But you see, we cannot take anything for granted outside from us…. Not if we want to be the goddesses we came here to be. I then realized in each and every cell of my body, that I needed a foundation that was way bigger than me, like a big oak, so that it would hold me in place even when a hurricane went over me. But I needed to be flexible too, like bamboo, so that I could flex enough to take on the strong winds without braking.
That is when I began to study the body with the best holistic doctors in the world, which then led me to study the mind, and then the soul with the most wonderful doctors, spiritual teachers and mentors. Because it is all connected. And because I saw in myself, as well as with my clients, that one of these aspects without the others doesn't get you very far. Because again, it really is all connected.
Here is my promise to you. I will show you through my tips and inspiration, ways to to glow from within. I assure you that if you apply what I share with you every week, you will feel better, you will have more energy and you will feel more powerful in all areas of your life. But it will take your commitment to stay on this path. And to make a conscious decision to put yourself first, so that you can be your best, to then be able to share your beautiful light with others and with the world. This, I believe, is the ultimate reason we are here for.
My mission is to help and inspire women around the world to glow from within. Because it blows my mind when I see a woman glow from within! It makes me tremble to see the transformation I see happen before my eyes when a woman makes the decision…. It all starts with a decision to feel amazing in your own skin, and to create a life that you absolutely LOVE.
